Sale sits outside our Yorkshire delivery routes, so we are straight about how it works: orders are picked at our Selby warehouse and dispatched the same day when placed before 2pm, and a UK courier completes delivery within two to three working days, Saturdays included. There is no minimum order value on any line.
Sale is offices and professional premises more than warehousing, which means carpet rather than hard floor — and carpet is where most contracts are quietly judged. The common complaint is that it looks good on Monday and grey again by Friday. That is almost never the product. It is detergent residue left in the pile, which stays sticky and pulls soil straight back in. A proper rinse step or encapsulation chemistry fixes it, and the machine matters as much as the bottle.
